House of Yoreh is a specialty coffee bar and creative studio in Canggu, Bali. We serve single-origin coffee, roasted in-house, in a calm space designed for the work that surrounds it — the studio sits directly above the bar.
Our approach is simple: source beans we trust, roast them with precision, and serve them in a room that rewards taking your time. Everything we do starts from the bean and works outwards.

Farm to Cup
Our house bean comes from a small farm at Mt. Puntang, West Java, cupping at SCA 82.5. We source it direct and roast it on-site, so every stage — from green bean to final pour — is within our control. Nothing about the coffee is left to chance.
Our signature drink, the Angel Mane, is built around this bean. It's the first thing we recommend to anyone walking through the door for the first time.
Local, Direct
We work directly with a single farm in the volcanic foothills of Mt. Puntang, Bandung — a historic region where Indonesia's coffee industry first took root during Dutch colonisation. The beans grown there cup at SCA 82.5 and have won multiple awards.
Because the relationship is direct, we get full traceability and quality control, ethical practices and fair pay for the farmers, and an exclusive, complex flavour profile that reflects the terroir of the region. We buy long-term and we pay fairly. That's the deal.
Creative Control
At every step, we stay in control. Roasting is carefully profiled on Artisan to bring out the best of each batch — matched to the potential of the bean, the character of House of Yoreh, and the experience we want our customers to have.
The result is coffee with depth and complexity, consistent across every shift and every brew method. Our baristas are trained to execute the same quality whether you're drinking the first pour of the day or the last. That's what in-house roasting and proper training make possible.
Craft
Every day at House of Yoreh begins with dial-in: espresso machines and grinders calibrated until the shot is right. We brew to SCA specialty standards across espresso, pour-over, and batch brew — because consistency is where craft actually lives.
The standout on our menu is the Angel Mane — a secret espresso recipe that balances intensity with sweetness, with notes of caramel, dark chocolate and orange. Matt built it after years of tasting espresso around the world. It's a pure representation of what we think coffee should be.
Purpose
Specialty coffee done properly means farm-to-cup control: direct-trade beans, in-house roasting, and baristas who compete at national level. It means a room you want to stay in, and drinks that reward attention. At House of Yoreh we don't chase volume — we chase the next cup.
We skip the greenwashing and do the things that actually matter: a local supply chain from farm to bar, alternative milk options, long-term fair-pay partnerships with growers and staff, and sustainable takeaway packaging. Intentional sourcing, minimal waste, honest work.
